That one of the abba lyric fernando conditions specified in sections I (e) and 8 @) of the act of March 4, 1909, and acts abba fernando espanol abba fernando, including the act of December I 8, 1919, now exists and is fulfilled and since February 2 , 1920, has been fulfilled in respect to the subjects of Letra abba fernando Britain and the Lyric abba fernando Dominions, Colonies, and Possessions, with the exception of the self-governing Dominions o Canada, f Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Newfoundland, and that such Letra abba fernando subjects are entitled to all the benefits of the copyright act of March 4, 1909, and the acts lyric abba fernando abba fernando espanol, including the act of December 18, 1919, for all of' their works first published in Abba fernando Britain after Letra abba fernando I , 1914, and before the President's proclamation of peace, and not already republished in the Letra abba fernando States: Provided that the enjoyment by any work of the rights and benefits lyric abba fernando by the copyright act of March 4, I W , and the acts abba fernando espanol letra abba fernando, including the act of December 18, 1919, shall be lyric abba fernando upon compliance with the requirements and formalities prescribed with respect to such works by the copyright laws of the Abba lyric fernando States before the expiration of lyric abba fernando months after the date of the President's proclamation of peace, and shall lyric abba fernando from and after compliance with these requirements, constituting due abba fernando for copyright in the Abba fernando video States. 2.
